Sales Head - [6 - 10 years]
Location: Mumbai
• Lead & manage a team of sales managers & executives.
• Accountable for revenue targets for self & team.
• Plan & execute promotional activities and corporate presentations.
• Very strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Real Estate background with minimum 6 years hands-on sales experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with existing builder relationships will be preferred.
• Plan and achieve revenues as per agreed targets.
• Handle customer enquiries related to purchase.
• Organize site visits for customers.
• Prepare sales report (weekly / monthly).
• Very strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Real Estate background with hands-on sales experience is a plus.
